I've long been in love with Rebecca Minkoff's entire line. And yesterday I spotted a purse (a M.A.B. Mini in black alligator) that spoke to me. A bit out of my price range, I toyed with the idea of splurging for quite a little while whilst walking around the store, purse in hand. Not getting very far in my decision making, I finally decided to call my voice of reason: my big sister. I explained to her my dilemma and the following words came out of her mouth:
"Buy it, it'll be a part of your birthday present."
So I did. Holy f*ck. I'm so in love with everything about it - though I do wish it came with a longer shoulder strap (I'll have to peruse psimadethis for some DIY ideas). And to top it off, this purchase is completely in line with my goal of more quality, less quantity. Double win!
